(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)This job is responsible for supporting the achievement of sales target and new business development within the business entity Coatings and Adhesives through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key tasks:
- Support contract negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and commercial and technical inquiries for the responsible accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in line with the market and the business entity’s strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth commercial operation, provide first-hand technical support and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Prepare reports on account performance, demand forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, business administration or any related filed.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in sales or business development roles.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in English.
