The FP&A Executive partners with business units, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive business planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role supports strategic decision-making and ensures financial efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Performance Monitoring (50%)

Focus User growth & Global partnership team
- Assist in developing and reviewing the marketing planning (promotions, performance ads, branding & other marketing expenses).
- Assist in monitoring and improving Loyalty model for end user engagement.
- Assist in cost control & monitor the KPI(s) achievement (TPV, revenue and user growth).
- In charge of operational tasks for marketing activities.
Overall Financial Reporting (25%)
- Conduct evaluation & analysis (i.e. weekly/monthly) on performance to assist C-Level in tracking business performance against objectives.
- Partnership with stakeholders on month-end closing & other financial report.
Budget Control & Forecasting (15%)
- Control budgets, expense payout, request to amend on a timely basis to optimize financial results.
- Perform monthly financial forecasting on user base and P&L metrics.
Process Imrpovement & Report Automation (10%)
- Partner with data department and other stakeholders to enhance dashboard and report to serve financial management, including AI-based forecasting.
- Call and participate to automate processes or streamline existing processes to optimize performance.
Complexity
- Work closely with the Management Team Members including Head of Function, CFO
- This role will be responsible for partnering across organizations in the delivery of overall targets for the organization
- Work well under pressure and can deal effectively with ambiguity

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or economics.
- Experience: 1-2 years’ relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or auditing.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Exposure to online media and e-commerce sectors is a plus.
