We are looking for a Senior Purchaser with retail pharmacy experience, strong product knowledge, and an interest in commercial operations. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely stock for stores, and providing data insights to support purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
- Place purchase orders based on approved assortment plans and demand forecasts.
- Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely and complete delivery.
- Work with internal teams to resolve delivery delays or order discrepancies.
2. Supplier Coordination
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers on stock status, timelines, and basic issues.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager on product priorities and supply risks.
3. Product Knowledge Support
- Use your pharmacy knowledge to assess product suitability, make suggestions on alternatives, and flag issues related to product use or movement.
- Assist in optimizing product selection and substitutions when needed.
4. nventory Awareness
- Monitor stock availability and support the team in managing slow-moving or fast-selling items.
- Help ensure the right products are available at the right time for customers.
5. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions.
- Analyze purchase and sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the merchandising team with regular reports on order performance and supplier reliability.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy, Retail, or CVS.
- Ability to analyze data and extract useful insights (Excel, basic reporting tools).
- Strong interest in transitioning to business or commercial operations.
- Detail-oriented and clear communicationwith a collaborative attitude.
- Familiar with purchasing software, ERP, AI tools, or inventory management systems.
- Able to contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
