Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Improving brand and product presence across channels, in alignment with the annual commercial priorities and corporate & brand strategy, using offline and online channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing:
- - The APAC market, the various channels and competitor developments
- - The performance of Dobla and IRCA product ranges, products and campaigns
- - Successful campaigns within the IRCA Group to translate that to the APAC region
- Providing input for the commercial strategy &plans in APAC, leading some regional projects for(N)PD optimization.
- Defining and measuring KPI for each of the channels.
- Preparing & executing programs and campaigns with the right:
- - Product offering, looking at our existing worldwide assortment
- - Pricing structure
- - Promotion mechanism
- - Planning, execution and follow-up to channel and customer(s)
- Developing customized programs for large Key Accounts, in alignment with our processes
- Acting as the key liaison between channels &customers and our Marketing, Product Management, Sales Support and Supply Chain. Coordinating the execution of:
- - Materials
- - Communication
- - Presentations
- - Customer events (internal & external)
- - Trade show presence
- - Training for distributors and their sales teams
- - Samples
- - Social media content
- Providing input for new product introduction and development
- Maintaining customer relationships for continuous and future demands and purchases
Requirements:

- Interpersonal, open personality with good communication skills
- Team player with the ability to connect departments, functions and people
