• 
  Overall in charge of market mandatory training administration (global and local) ensuring organized and updated tracking, reporting, follow-up and communication
• Organizes general & leadership trainings and events covering all admin preparation: scheduling, communication, participant management and all necessary logistics based on training calendar
• Assists and coordinates with trainers (internal/external) on logistics preparation ensuring effective and quality training execution
• Prepares monthly training plan and ensures coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to prepare and execute (e.g. Training in charge, Internal/External trainers or vendors, Contacts for other logistics such as Venue, etc.)
• Manages timely and accurately training data records in iLearn (Event/Session creation, training assignments, training record of training participants completion, course evaluation)
• Maintains and consolidates internal training reports (i.e. nomination, budget actualization)
• Prepare communication for training and/ or self-learning activities
• Manage and prepare PR/PO Process for the entire Talent and OD team
• Other tasks assigned by managers

• Experience: at least 01 year in HR (L&D, OD)
• Skllis: Organization, Time Management, Communication (Oral and Written) with customer service mindset, Stakeholder management, Editing & Design, Data management
• Hard-working, detail-oriented
• English Fluency
