• Manage truck allocation and ensure timely, complete deliveries while monitoring third-party vendor performance.

• Ensure compliance with Maersk’s safety standards, SOPs, and customer site procedures.

• Track delivery status, coordinate with warehouses, and resolve operational issues or customer complaints.

• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality for key customers (e.g., beauty and fashion sectors).

• Handle documentation, incident reporting, and discrepancies in goods or paperwork.

Requirements / Yêu cầu:
• College or university degree in a relevant field

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, or fresh graduates are also welcome
