MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Responsible for assisting EH in coordinating daily activities of the Housekeeping department to ensure all rooms in the resort and public areas are maintained to standards.
- Inventory and control goods, cleaning chemicals, free goods for customers, fabric goods... to control costs and avoid waste.
- Randomly inspect areas to ensure compliance with all Resort standards.
- Set up a fabric control system/uniform room/laundry room. Ensuring laundry quality.
- Keep guests' belongings and staff uniforms at a high standard
- Effectively and accurately coordinate information transmission between departments as well as within departments. Inform employees of important information of the Resort appropriate to each level.
- Recommend rewards and discipline for lower level employees in the department.
- Have good connection and coordination with the Technical department to repair damage when necessary and make special repairs in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the best quality of uniforms.
- Support, check, and assign cleaning tasks in the rooms, ensuring cleanliness, neatness, and aesthetics of the hotel area to welcome guests
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors

Graduating from college and higher
Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
Priority is given to candidates with 03 or more years of experience in the same position
Foreign languages: Priority will be given to candidates with basic English
Computer: basic office information technology
Being agile, honest, enthusiastic
Being good at arranging and team working
Other skills: Working under high work pressure
Knowledge: Have good knowledge of all jobs in the Housekeeping department. Ability to organize and motivate staff
