- Develop, execute, and monitor brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning
- Manage social media platforms (content creation, audience engagement, and campaign execution) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
- Work with influencers, KOLs, and affiliate partners to amplify reach and strengthen community engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to create compelling, on-brand content and campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities
- Analyze campaign results and marketing data to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Support the rollout of product launches, promotional events, and brand activations
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch-points and platforms
- Participate in cross-border collaboration, aligning strategies and campaigns with regional teams

- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, preferably in FMCG or health-related industries
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and brand communication
- Proven experience in managing social media channels and content strategy
- Excellent skills in communication, storytelling, and visual branding
- Experience working with influencers/KOLs and affiliate networks
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and within teams
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with the health and FMCG industry is a strong advantage
