- Leverage and connect local resources: Understand local resources, media channels, and educational organizations in Vietnam; identify opportunities to foster deep cooperation with local partners and build sustainable competitive advantages for the brand.
- Brand growth tied to business results: Take ownership of brand awareness and sales performance.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- Experience as Marketing Head for online/offline education brands with a proven track record of managing teams of at least five members.
- Comprehensive brand management experience, especially in KOL, PR, offline events, and TV shows, with relevant resources in these areas.
- Bold, with strategic thinking and a strong sense of the big picture.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and other departments.
