Job Description
- Plan and execute customer acquisition activities in line with approved budgets and strategic directions, ensuring effectiveness and timely delivery;
- Analyze the market, track trends and monitor competitor activities to propose effective business strategies and expand the potential customer base;
- Propose improvements to existing services or develop new offerings based on customer needs, industry trends, and market dynamics;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and accompanying them throughout their journey with our products/services;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Education: Graduated from College or University and above.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B express delivery, logistics, transportation, or fulfilment are preferred.
- Skills:
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to analyze the market and spot trends.
- Skills in analyzing, summarizing, and making business reports.
- Having a good working relationship with current customers.
