This position is responsible for managing Chinese accounts, maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities with them

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

New business development in Chinese customer segment (60%)

  • Define the potential opportunities and timely discover prospects
  • Approach customer for needs confirmation
  • Prepare solution proposal; lead customer interactions and commercial negotiations to finalize contracts
  • Report call visit in BAR+ and maintain relationship with potential customers

Manage Chinese customers (30%)

  • Deliver committed agreement and discover additional/ new demand of existing customer.
  • Build good relationship, customer intimacy with customers.
  • Find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry
  • Handle issues/ customer complaint such as commercial issues, deliveries, quality, collection,... with support from related stake holders
  • Regular visit customer
  • Renew contract at its expiration.

Market intelligence and market report (10%)

  • Establish and update market data in Chinese customer segment (customers, competitors)
  • Build basin report for highly potential area.
  • Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events.
  • Well understanding gas application and search/ develop new/ hidden market.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering field
  • 2+ years of commercial working experience in industry
  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese
