Tasks & Responsibilities
• Receive information from sales to deploy in-house and public training classes
• Contact customers and finalize training schedule
• Arrange trainers to conduct training
• Prepare materials and logistics for classrooms and trainers
• Update the training schedule to the training monitoring system
• Invoice and collect tuition fee
• Notify training results and send certificates to trainees
• Perform other tasks assigned by Managers
• Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major
• At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of character
• Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good command of English (writing and reading)
• Having logical thinking and negotiation skills
• Good at problem-solving skill and teamwork
