Job Description
Market Research and Analysis
- Study, analyze, and research the market, target customers, and potential projects related to the company’s products, providing reports and proposals to superiors.
- Research and understand the transaction history of customers and partners purchasing from the company.
Market Development Planning
- Set objectives, build, and develop projects to increase product visibility among consumers.
- Evaluate market potential to create and guide market development policies that align with current and future needs.
- Plan market development in accordance with the brand development and sales targets set for the department.
Implementing Customer and Partner Engagement Activities in New Markets
- Collaborate with business and marketing departments to execute market development plans such as promotions, events, exhibitions, trade fairs, etc.
- Identify and exploit new sources of goods. Meet, consult, and introduce the company’s products and services to customers.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of strategies to ensure financial effectiveness and cost efficiency for the company.
- Be responsible for sales, market development, and export products in international markets.
- Build a scientific customer database and develop systems and measures to maintain and enhance long-term, positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Organize effective customer service operations.
- Address issues and crises in business relationships with customers and partners.
- Advise company leadership on market conditions, operational directions, and implementation programs; establish annual business development plans in line with the company's development strategy, and create systems of preventive measures and crisis management.
- Coordinate with other functional departments in the company to complete sales orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, collaborating with specialized departments to survey, assess, and establish effective pricing offers and measures to maximize business profits at different times.
- Research and develop new products and services to propose to customers
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in international business, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Vision, judgment, strategic business thinking, creativity, and innovation in business.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
