- Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new Hosts at Six Senses, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, values, and brand standards. - Manage the full recruitment cycle: budget confirmation, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
- Support expatriate documentation, including visa, work permit, TRC,…
- Coordinate uniforms, work tools, and other essentials for new Hosts.
- Monitor canteen quality and Host facilities to maintain standards.
- Organize wellness programs and address welfare and regulation inquiries.
- Manage work accident cases and ensure proper follow-up.
- Participate in community service programs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
- 01 year or more of experience in the same role.

- Demonstrate competent computer skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality.
- Highly interactive and people oriented.
- Knowledge of Local Labor Law and Employment Regulations.
- Very good command over written and spoken English.
