The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Handle dispute settlement for damaged/late delivery/fake attempts and ensure targeted recovery rate.
- Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
- Collaboration with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
- Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, standardize SOPs across 3PLs, operational metric improvement and cost reduction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- From 2 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
