Your RESPONSIBILITIES
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Assist with recruiting responsibilities such as applicant profile creation, and system tracking.
- Conduct research to locate information such as candidate profiles or contact information for clients.
- Other administrative duties include format CVs, draft contracts, support meeting minutes.
- Market research and job mapping.
- Work under the direction of the Team Leader or Manager.
- Duration: 6 months.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Senior/Fresh graduates who can commit to working full time
- Pro-active and proficient in written and spoken English
- Have staffing mindset and be flexible for Blue Collar project also
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and result-oriented
- High sense of service and business acumen
- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
- Familiar with MS Office and social network

Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
