Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior HRIS SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to lead our in-house deployment and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules—specifically Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll background is advantageous.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while ensuring business requirements are met with scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality system implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll modules working in collaboration with ONE HR team and internally with Global HRIS team.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Configure time profiles, holiday calendars, accrual rules, overtime rules, and shift schedules.
- Design and implement payroll area configuration, pay calendars, wage types, and integration points with financial systems.
- Build and maintain business rules, workflows, and permissions to support time and payroll processes.
- Oversee data migration, testing, and validation activities for new implementations and enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, tax rules, and payroll regulations.
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
- Act as functional lead for troubleshooting, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of HRIS implementation experience, with 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven expertise in Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll modules.
- Strong knowledge of time evaluation rules, accruals, and payroll schemas.
- Experience with Event Reasons, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in Employee Central.
- End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience, including blueprint, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Understanding of payroll compliance, wage type configuration, and integration with finance/ERP systems.
- Strong experience in data migration (import templates, CSV loads, validation reports).
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between EC Payroll and other modules (Time, Benefits, etc.).
- Solid experience in UAT coordination, training delivery, and post-go-live support.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central Payroll, Time Management (Time Off & Time Tracking).
- Additional certification in SAP HCM or Project Management (PMP/Agile) is a plus.
