A. Position Purpose:
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating with customer and internal team follow up order status from beginning to shipment & payment.
B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive orders through AMIS system/email/WeChat or other channels and enter them into the system.
- Communicate with customers about specific requirements, information about goods, delivery date,
- Organize order information to ensure accurate, timely and comprehensive delivery to the corresponding
departments.
- Check the material information to ensure that the materials meet the order requirements, and
- Follow up payment-related matters, arrange shipments and handle and follow up special circumstances.
- Feedback abnormal situations to customers or value streams in a timely manner, and actively seek
- Monitor the inventory of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Graduated from College degree or above, garment technology major is preferred.
- At least 3-year experience in related field (Apparel/Textile/Accessories)
- Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese: listening, speaking, reading and writing

skills; Good learning ability and problem-solving ability;Good conflict management ability and ability to resist pressure;Those with relevant documentary work experience are preferred.
