- Manage relationships and presence in emerging and mainstream accounts, ensuring optimal product visibility and distribution. This role focuses on numeric distribution, constantly seeking and opening new potential accounts while maintaining strong engagement with existing ones. The merchandiser will work under the supervision of a Channel Sales Manager to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee merchandising activities across on-premise accounts, ensuring brand visibility and compliance.
- Relationship & Presence Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and mainstream accounts to enhance brand positioning.
- Expansion & Distribution: Actively seek and open new potential accounts to grow numeric distribution.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure proper stocking, replenishment, and rotation of products.
- Promotional Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and promotional displays in collaboration with the sales team.
- Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records and communicate insights to the CDP or regional supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with supervisors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Physical ability to manage product displays and inventory.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years relevant experience in trading field
- Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
- Good command of English
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Power point Presentation)
