DT Development Vietnam LLC (“DTD”) is a joint venture of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. of Osaka and Taisei Corporation of Tokyo. It has developed the very first real estate development project in Ha Noi, Vietnam called Roygent Parks Hanoi of 256 units, of which 200 serviced apartments and 56 hotel rooms. Roygent Parks Hanoi is uniquely designed, developed, constructed and managed by Japanese companies aimed to business men and their families and travelers.
To meet our demand of widely broadening our business, DTD is seeking for qualified candidates who have career passion, specific job targets and are willing to be part of a dynamic organization like DTD to contribute for the strong development of the Company.
Details of the job can be seen as follows:
1. Description:
Reservation Management
- Manage and oversee all guest bookings, including direct, corporate, long-stay (SA), and OTA reservations.
- Monitor daily arrivals, departures, and reservation modifications to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Provide timely support to Sales Team for group inquiries, corporate requests, and VIP reservations.
- Accurately load rates, packages, and promotions across PMS and distribution systems.
- Ensure timely updates of contracted corporate rates and long-stay offers.
- Collaborate with DOS to apply seasonal rate strategies and optimize revenue.
- Maintain rate parity and content consistency across all OTAs and third-party platforms.
- Work with channel manager systems to manage allotments, restrictions, and rate updates.
- Analyze OTA performance reports and recommend actions to improve conversion.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop attractive long-stay packages, promotional campaigns, and special offers.
- Monitor effectiveness of packages and adjust based on market demand and guest feedback.
- Supervise and train the reservation team to ensure high service standards and booking accuracy.
- Support team performance through regular coaching, SOP reviews, and upskilling.
- Monitor reservation staff productivity and service response time.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reservation reports for DOS, including booking pace, pick-up trends, cancellations, and OTA productivity.
- Assist in forecast updates and business performance analysis.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in PMS and CRM systems.
1. Working time:
- 5 days/week, 2 days off/week

- At least 3 years of experience in reservations or front office, preferably in a serviced apartment or hotel environment.
- Familiarity with PMS (e.g., Opera, Sabre, etc.) and Channel Managers.
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and rate parity principles.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, rate calculations, and occupancy reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language(s) is a plus.
