Business Development Collaborator (Full-time) is responsible for admin tasks after sales and customer care.
What you will do
- Implement required administrative processes and procedures such as: preparing a contract, signing a contract, proposing payment;
- Track and manage revenue/ expenses, and make revenue/ expense reports as required.
- Proactively coordinate with relevant teams (Tech, Finance , Legal,…) and customers to ensure the overall progress of the projects;
- Participate in building and optimizing salekit and other tools to support management and boost work process;
- Take care of customers and respond to problems and requests arising from customers;
- Implement other tasks per required by line manager.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business;
- Have work experience relating to admin tasks or signing contract;
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
- Strong team work skills and management skills;
- Friendly and active in work.
