About the department

You will report directly to the Commercial Director, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence and innovation, with a focus on achieving impactful results. The position
As a Commercial Manager – Emerging Market, you will:
  • Set and achieve ambitious targets to ensure regional sales performance, aligned with national objectives.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and budgets, while analyzing market data to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent service to external customers, contribute to regional and national meetings, work alongside other field functions, and liaise with Marketing, Market Access, and CE to optimize the performance of Novo Nordisk products
  • Dynamic team player with strong management and communication skills, passionate to achieving results through field coaching, motivating high-performance teams, and supervising the Area Manager for adherence to the working plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk policies, local laws, and Business Ethics procedures, while controlling budgets and administration for sales representatives.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
  • Expertise in commercial strategy, account management, brand management, and commercial operations.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and translating insights into feasible strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, innovative approach to challenges.
