JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to increase engagement.
- Content Planning & Creation: conceptualisation, production to implementation.
- Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms : Amplify the number of quality followers and oversee & manage all social media platform engagement for the company, including Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Zalo OA etc.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media engagement strategies and closely relate it to business KPIs, while offering recommendation and improvements.
- Market Research & Competitor Research and Analysis: Conducting market and competitor analysis, and identifying trends to keep Fuse at the forefront of OTA Social Media.
- Community Management: Develop and drive a highly relevant community strategy, focusing on building network effect with the goal of nurturing overall social media engagement.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Proven success in the ability to drive organic growth through creative and data-informed content strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing and digital channel optimization.
- Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data to effectively communicate performance insights and provide evidence-based recommendations to all stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders and team members.
