Purpose of Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Regional Content Marketing Executive to support and implement content strategies across five international schools in Southeast Asia. This role plays a vital part in driving brand visibility, engagement, and enrolment by developing compelling, on-brand content that reflects each school’s unique identity while aligning with the group’s overarching brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Support and produce high-quality content for digital platforms including websites, social media, email newsletters, and paid campaigns.
- Support in developing engaging stories and visual assets that showcase student life, academic excellence, parent testimonials, events, and teacher profiles.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots at each campus, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars for each school’s social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics to optimise performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in alignment with school tone and guidelines.
Website & SEO
- Review website content regularly to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards across all school pages, coordinating with relevant teams for updates where necessary.
- Collaborate with the digital team to optimise content for SEO and user experience.
Campaign Support
- Support enrolment and brand awareness campaigns by providing content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Liaise with graphic designers and digital teams to ensure content is visually aligned and strategically targeted.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with school-based marketing and admissions teams to gather content, feedback, and insights.
- Align content strategies with the regional brand direction and school-specific priorities.
- Support execution of group-wide initiatives such as open days, alumni campaigns, or academic highlights.
Branding
- Ensure all schools consistently reflect the ISP brand across all communications, including tone of voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Support schools in updating content and materials in line with ISP brand guidelines and group-wide campaigns, providing guidance as needed.
Reporting & Improvement
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in education or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent written English with strong storytelling skills.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, HubSpot).
- Strong photography and videography skills are a plus.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple locations and cultures.
