Employee Relations Executive

Mô tả công việc:

• Coordinate the implementation of ER activities with concerned committees, such as sport activities, Year-End Party, Outing, Teambuilding, Family Day, and any other events of employees during the year. Do survey & report after events for improvement.
• Coordinate the implementation of reward & recognition program, Nestle &I action plan at factory.
• Leading in internal communication
• Deal with employees’ questions, requirements, complaints, and coordinate with the concerned parties for responses, solvement, improvement, etc.
• Work with outsourcing company to ensure third party labour is supplied within budget and high effectiveness/ Manage 3rd party workers
• Support HRM in other tasks with no conflicts of interest, per Nestle policy.

• Bachelor Degree and above of relating majors
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese for verbal and written communication
• Strong event organization capabilities
• Solid computer literacy: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point
• Proficient in media tools: Canva, CapCut, ...
