Drive financial operations and reporting excellence in a fast-growing, PE-backed organization. Lead system transformation and team development in a greenfield, high-impact environment. Description As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include: * Oversee Financial Operations - Manage general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, and ensure timely financial reporting. * Ensure Compliance & Controls - Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements. * Drive Transformation - Lead system and process improvements, including automation and digitization across finance functions. * Engage Stakeholders - Collaborate with CFO, investors, and cross-functional leaders to support strategic decisions and reporting. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: * System Transformation - Proven experience in building and implementing finance systems and tools (e.g., ERP, BI platforms). * Financial Reporting Expertise - Strong technical accounting skills with a track record of accurate and timely reporting. * Process Improvement - Ability to drive automation, digitization, and efficiency across finance operations. * Leadership Experience - Capable of mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team. * Stakeholder Management - Comfortable working with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams.
