Key Responsibilities:
1. Training (70%)
- Assess training needs across departments and propose suitable training programs
- Plan and coordinate class schedules, training rooms, trainers, and participants
- Monitor the implementation of training sessions to ensure quality and timeliness
- Collect feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and suggest improvements
2. Employee Engagement & Retention (30%)
- Conduct regular surveys on employee satisfaction and engagement
- Participate in planning and executing internal activities (e.g., workshop for Operators, DE&I…)
- Summarize and report on engagement activities, and propose new initiatives for improvement

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2- 5 years of HR experience (Training)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Service-oriented mindset, high sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit
