The Role
This position is for individuals passionate about HR who are ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the organization's success. The company encourages qualified candidates to join their dynamic team.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Assist in payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Generate reports related to HR.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR function as needed.
Requirements
- Can start immediately.
- Proficient English speaking and written communication skills is mandatory.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement roles.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office applications is preferred.
