- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for the SCE business line.
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent technical service and solutions for customers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Oversee and collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively, maximizing value for the company.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
- Take ownership of the P&L for the SCE business line, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical support, and supply chain to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

- REQUIREMENTS
Functional skills and knowledge
Proven track record of successful sales management in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the SCE industry, products, and market trends.
Demonstrated P&L management experience with a focus on financial results.
Soft skills
Strong leadership experience, including managing technical teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-driven with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; master's degree preferred.
Work experience
Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role.
Minimum two to eight years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
