Assist with office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, managing online purchases, and maintaining inventory.
Support staff onboarding, clocking systems, and basic HR coordination.
Coordinate with the accounting department for document archiving, filing, and record-keeping.
Manage and update shared files, records, and office databases.
Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communication, scheduling, and task tracking.
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and event coordination.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
