(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Ensure that all documentation is processed promptly and accurately.
- Provide effective administrative support to Sales team.
- Organize and manage all relevant documents and necessary tasks for Sales staff, especially Expats.
- Assist Expats in responding to customer requirements and handling complaints.
- Support Sales activities, including promotions, business trips, and arrangements for machine lending or returns.
- Assist Marketing team with Events and related tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head.

- Meeting deadlines for closing tasks.
- Completing work with high-quality results.

- University degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 01-year experience
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
- Read and write, speak intermediate Chinese and English
- Good negotiation skills at different level in organization
- Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality
- Interpersonal communication
