The Senior Digital Executive will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across key platforms. This role combines analytical and creative thinking to deliver performance-driven outcomes for clients, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital media plans across display, social, video, search, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure assets are aligned with media plans.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with platform vendors (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) for media activation and troubleshooting.
- Track digital trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
- Support the Digital Manager in client presentations and internal reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/media, preferably at an agency.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad tech tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
