Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Client Solutions Director (CSD) and Project Manager (PM) by ensuring smooth project execution. This position involves administrative tasks, communication coordination, and tracking project progress. The Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Assist CSD in follow-up all Projects status
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations (if any).
Coordinate project progress monitoring and budget tracking, including providing regular updates to CSD and PM while assisting in the preparation of financial reports
Administrative Tasks:
Manage project documentation, including status from contracts to billing.
Organize and maintain project files and records.
Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Distribute project-related information and updates.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management software is a plus.
