Site Admin (for Project Management Department)

Mô tả công việc:

• Perform a variety of admin duties in support of Project Department at construction site.
• Support Project team in photocopying, scanning and bindings documents.
• Support Project team to maintain the EHS and QMS folder system by filling date required.
• Provide translation as requested.
• Arrange department meetings with contractor, suppliers, etc
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Working place: Vinhomes Ocean Park 1, Gia Lam District, Hanoi, Vietnam
