- Source and engage top talent via various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for role and culture fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on hiring plans and workforce needs
- Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous team development

- Proven track record in hiring across business and corporate support functions
- Experience handling sensitive and senior-level recruitment
- Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management
- Familiar with ATS and professional networks
- Strong communication in English
- Proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
