We’re looking for an Employer Branding Assistant to bring our story to life, both inside and outside the company.
As we work toward our ambitious goal of managing a billion dollars in assets, we're looking for someone who shares the same growth mindset-ambitious, responsible, and ready to grow with us. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long-term journey.
Compensation: 13,000,000 - 17,000,000 VND/month
Working Hours: Vietnam time, GMT+7
This is a full-time, 100% remote position:
- Morning shift: 8 AM - 12 PM
- Evening shift: 8 PM - 12 AM
- Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, Zoom meetings required during working hours
Your Mission:
To ensure that every person connected to Hexa — whether an employee, candidate, or follower — understands, connects with, and believes in our mission, vision, and core values. You will be the voice that shares our culture, builds strong internal connections, and inspires talent outside to want to join us.
Internal Employer Branding
- Strengthen team connection and belonging: make sure every Hexa team member understands and aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
- Create storytelling content around employee journeys, milestones, and team success stories.
- Build internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, staff spotlights, testimonials) to share culture messages consistently.
External Employer Branding
- Manage and enhance Hexa’s presence on LinkedIn (priority), Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook and other career platforms.
- Create engaging and authentic content — videos, posters, articles, social posts — to tell the Hexa story to potential candidates.
- Build and nurture a talent community: candidates should want to join us because they’ve already seen, followed, and connected with our brand.
Brand Visibility & Alignment
- Partner with Marketing to ensure employer branding messages align with overall company branding but with a people-first focus.
- Support referral programs and employee advocacy efforts to amplify Hexa’s culture through our people.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, track, and analyse performance of employer branding campaigns (LinkedIn engagement, career site visits, application sources).
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, HR Communications, or similar roles.
- Strong storytelling ability — written, visual, and digital (comfortable with copywriting, basic design, or video editing).
- Hands-on experience with platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, and career websites.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring culture to life through engaging campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills to balance internal initiatives and external campaigns.
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and building connections.
- Having experience working with Medium size start-ups is highly preferred.
