In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Brand Manager to Saforelle from cure to care brand in Intimate Care segmentation in Vietnam market .
Within this Brand Manager at Biocodex Vietnam, you will report to Marketing Manager .
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct consumer and market research in order to keep up to date with consumer trends as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Identify how brand is currently position in the market and define winning and differentiated brand position vs competition
- Develop and implement brand strategy and manage brand campaigns to ensure that product meet consumer’s expectations and to build brand credibility
- Localise Global brand materials
- Conduct ATL/BTL initiatives and evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement.
- Organize brand events such as product launches, exhibition and photo shoots.
- Create, manage, editor calendar to deliver marketing campaigns for WH portfolio.
- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets for WH porfolio.
- Partnership with professional associations to leverage brand differentiation and positioning
- Collaborate with sale and marketing team to build robust marketing plans
- Evaluate and propose new products/SKUs launch to satisfy customer needs and support the Women’s health franchise growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ digital marketing or relevant field. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in CHC and experience in Intimate care is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver activities and strategies to leverage the retail pharmacies customers
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Confidence developing and overcome consumer journey
- Strong content marketing skills / strategic vision
- Knowledge of implementing ATL/BTL campaigns for OTC and consumer channel.
- Confidence developing and overseeing user trends
- Creativity, imagination and innovation
- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date
- Ability to work and understand both traditional and modern business channels (Retail, Digital,…)
- Highly skilled and knowledged in working with pharmacies (retail and chains), strong retail culture.
