(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Apply GSD to analyze garment operations and define standard minute values (SMV) for each style.
- Collaborate with GSD staff in factory, IE, Sample, and Production teams to check, validate data, operations and layouts.
- Do the costing on GSD system.
- Maintain and update GSD database and ensure alignment with actual operations.
- Support the development of new methods and layout planning to improve productivity.
- Assist in training sewing operators or technicians on best practices based on GSD findings.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- GSD certification is required.
- Over 3 years of experience in garment costing using GSD.
- Proficiency in GSD software and garment operation methods.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and cost-conscious mindset.
