Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute end-to-end hiring plans for factory and office positions.
Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and handling job offers.
Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to management.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
HR Administration
Prepare, manage, and archive labor contracts and employee records.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
Support timekeeping, attendance, and data preparation for payroll.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor law.
Other Tasks
Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Management Team.

Yêu cầu công việc:

3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
Familiar with local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
