- People strategy & Workforce planning:
- Act as a strategic people advisor, identified HR priorities based on business needs and aligned HR strategy with business goals.
- Develop, manage, and monitor the HR department’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to define organizational charts, workforce needs and address talent acquisition and retention challenges.
- Deliver semi-annual/annual HR reports and provide decision-making support utilizing HR metrics.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies (including EVP, content pillars, job fair, career platforms...) to strengthen brand identity and brand attraction.
- Monitor the talent acquisition process including attraction, selection, interviewing and hiring.
- Culture & Employee engagement:
- Lead internal communications, company events, and engagement programs to reinforce organizational culture.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, collaboration, and retention.
- Implement Employee Survey as a tool to measure engagement level of employees and propose appropriate interventions for improvement.
- Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations:
- Research market trends to design and manage Total Rewards programs, ensuring competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Oversee monthly payroll, compulsory insurance and PIT.
- Review, update the Company’s Internal Labor Regulation following changes of the law and Company policies
- Resolve employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and maintain positive workplace relationships.
- Talent Development:
- Develop and maintain a Competency Model framework aligned with business vision and development strategies.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, including goal‑setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate with team leaders to identify skills gaps and propose tailored learning interventions.
- Design and implement talent development programs, including successor planning, leadership training, and career path frameworks.
- Administrations:
- Oversee daily operations of offices/actories to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Develop and enforce administrative procedures and standards.
- Plan and implement annual health checkups, fire fighting and preventions and other environmental protection in compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required
- Advanced interpersonal skills and strong ability to build a relationship, trust, and influence
- Over 7 years of working experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years at managerial level
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong business acumen and solid HR exposure
- Hands-on experience in designing and rolling out employer branding initiatives. Familiarity with social media campaigns, career site content, and recruitment marketing tools is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in Stakeholder management and Development activities (training, talent management, succession planning)
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and multitasking skills
- Proficient in English.
