5. HR Operations & Team Collaboration
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure hiring, ensuring alignment with business needs and optimizing recruitment costs.
- Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process.
2. C&B Framework Development & HR Policy Advisory
- Advise and partner with the Board of Directors (BOD) on the design and implementation of compensation & benefits schemes, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Build and refine a competency framework to support career progression, performance evaluation, and talent development.
- Design incentive and reward mechanisms that motivate performance while supporting business goals.
3. Internal Communication & Culture Building
- Develop internal communication strategies to drive alignment, transparency, and employee engagement across departments.
- Foster a positive work culture by facilitating open feedback loops and promoting organizational values.
4. Labor Law Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and provide expert guidance on employment relations, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and internal rules in accordance with legal and organizational changes.
5. HR Operations & Team Collaboration
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, managing the team, including TA, GA, and Admin teams, to deliver consistent and people-centered services.
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR practices with business objectives, contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University graduate, major in HR/Legal. Having SHRM is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience at the same position, with a team size of 3 members at a minimum.
- Good command of English (Upper-intermediate level)
- Detail-oriented, integrity, dynamic and proactive to connect and develop in an IT environment industry company
- Expertise: Recruitment & Internal Communications. (A more professional way to put it.)
- Experience in developing salary policies and competency frameworks; possess the knowledge and skills to successfully implement these projects.

- Candidates have experience in Japanese companies
- Having Japanese Skill
