We are looking for a high performing People, Performance & Culture team member who will take care of employee data and the HR operations for our people in Ho Chi Minh office, deliver best people experience and assist in delivering KPMG’s “Best Firm to Work With” strategy to the business.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for HR activities: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Employee record, Employee documents, Employment contract, etc.
- Monitor and overview employee account by reconciling records timely and properly between internal HR systems (IBS, ERM, Leave record system).
- Manage employment offer letter and labor contracts issuance across legal entities.
- Perform all reports and activities under HR actives and other HR reports on time, comply with the Firm policy and the local legislations.

- Manage and support on expatriate areas: work permit preparation, immigration compliance.
- Regularly update new Law documents relating to labor code, tax, insurance etc. as compliance.
- Assist in the annual year-end review cycle in terms of HR database reconciliation.
- Performs other duties when assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business administration or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR Operation and C&B practices is plus
- Good/updated knowledge in Labor law.
- Experience working with HR management system
- Familiar with procedures under company size of 300-500
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
- Consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
