Job Responsibilities
Experience requirements
1. Managing all e-Commerce operations for all brands in Vietnam
- Commercial Planning and Stock Forecasting
- Traffic Generation Plans and Marketing Campaign execution
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- E-Commerce distributor management & performance assessment
2. Crack uncomfortable channels , Social Commerce
3. Relationship Management/ Category Management
- Managing and directing relationship with key customers
4. Cross-Functional Project Management
- Driving e-Commerce projects involving brand marketing teams, sales and commercial teams as well as customer service
Experience requirements
- Previous experience in Ecommerce Manager/ Key Account Role (5+ years) with at least 2-3 year exposure to e-Commerce digital sales channels
- 2-3 years experience in partnership/ relationship management
- Driven individual, self-starter
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of e-Commerce performance KPIs and tracking
- Understanding of brand value and equity and how to drive it
- Collaborative mindset and team player
- Degree in Business Administration. Marketing major is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
