- Manage, maintain, and enhance the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, user access, and security.
- Develop, automate, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Calculate monthly incentives based on approved incentive schemes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and workforce optimization.
- Collaborate with HR team members to define reporting needs, ensuring data definitions and metrics are consistent and accurate.
- Support HR system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.
- Design and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analytics.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA Macros) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes.
- Provide user training and support on HRIS functionality and reporting tools.
- Partner with IT and external vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and best practices implementation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives with data insights and analytics as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Requirements:
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements: 3-5 years’ experience working in HR operations field and experience related to C&B/ HR reporting analytics, and HRIS
3. Techinical Skill:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, Power Query, VBA is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
4. Competency requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
