Role Purpose
The Senior HR Manager blends strategic HR initiatives with practical project execution. The role enhances HR's impact on business performance by leading structured projects in areas like learning, engagement, process improvement, and analytics. It provides exposure to leadership decision-making and opportunities for career growth into more specialized HR roles.
Main Objectives
Deliver and oversee HR projects that enhance HR effectiveness and business alignment within 12 months.
Improve the use of HR analytics and efficiency metrics to support evidence-based HR decision-making.
Strengthen learning and engagement programs to improve talent development outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and support HR projects, including goal setting, learning initiatives, and process improvements.
Collaborate with the HR team to design structured approaches to HR projects and embed efficiency metrics.
Enhance learning and development initiatives, aligning programs with business priorities.
Contribute to engagement and talent-related programs, including outreach activities when needed.
Support the review of HR strategies, policies, and communication materials for alignment with business goals.

Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, ideally FTU or an international equivalent, with strong academic performance.
Advanced HR or business-related certifications (nice-to-have).
Professional Experience
6-8 years of experience in HR, consulting, or a strategic HR role within a multinational or leading local company.
Background in compensation & benefits or HR business partnering, with interest in learning, development, or engagement.
Experience with HR systems, analytics, and efficiency metrics (nice-to-have).
Technical Skills
Proficiency with HR systems and analytics tools.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Behavioral Competencies
Proactive and results-driven mindset with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team-wide objectives.
Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
